SUCCESS (a Poem)

Success, something we all try to attain in life.
A major distinguishing factor between one man and another.

Success is not about how famous you are,
neither is it about how much you have.
It's about achieving a goal that's in accordance to God's will,
doing something that will i9nfluence the life of others positively.

Is it really worth it when it's gotten at the expense of your soul?
Or if you can't explain how you achieved it?
If your answer's 'NO", may GOD crown your effort with success.
If it's 'YES', may GOD have mercy on you.

Success, it's a gift from GOD to those HE love.
A reward to those who seek HIM diligently.
A prize to those who fall many times and yet rise up...
Success is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of GOD that showeth mercy.

Many say "the road to success is always under construction".
I say "your road to success is already constructed" you just need God to lead you to and through it.

GRACE be with you. AMEN!

LIVING AT PEACE

   In my 2nd article, I wrote "your definition of peace shouldn't necessarily be that no trials or harm would come your way, but having an assurance that no matter what comes your way, God will always be there to see you through. I know that at this point in time, living a life filled with peace is not that easy due to the economic crisis, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, increase in  all sorts of crime and other things like that. But as true believers that shouldn't bother us, because God said in Psalm 91, summarizing, that "we will live a long and peaceful life"  so it's up to us to believe it. Living a peaceful life isn't something that's gonna happen automatically when we get born-again, we have to pray for it daily, without ceasing because the evil, being the ruler of this world, constantly has his eyes on true believers because they are a threat to his kingdom. Don't Awaken Love

"Don't awaken Love until it pleases" Three times was this statement made in the book of Songs of Solomon (SOS 2:7, 3:5, 8:4) and I believe that statement needs to be echoed louder in this generation. Welcome to my generation where we want a quick fix,  instant noodles,  fast food,  even Fast and the furious- on a lighter note.  Although the rate of getting somethings done can be accelerated, this doesn't apply to Love. In other words,  Love needs time. Like a butterfly, Love is an organism that metamorphises on its own as the Creator fashioned it to be,  and it develops with Patience There's been an increase in the rate at which break-ups and divorce cases occur and I strongly believe it's tied to this simple reason, we awaken Love too early.
